Feel like you’re wasting time at open houses? We arrange showing appointments scheduled at your convenience. Busy schedule? Do you only have a couple of hours during the week to spare? No problem! If the properties are available to show, we will make it happen!
Loan Pre Qualification
If you have not selected a lender you’d like to work with, no problem! There are many local lenders and loan products to choose from. We’re happy to recommend mortgage professionals that we’ve worked with and have done an excellent job for our clients.
Making an Offer
So you found “the one”, what’s next? When you’re ready to make an offer we will research comparable homes that have recently sold in that neighborhood. Advise you on the market value of a home compared to the list price. Negotiate the best possible price and terms for you, explain the Purchase Agreement and take care of all the contract details.
Offer Acceptance
The seller has accepted your offer…yay! Now the clock starts ticking and we keep track of all the contract deadlines. We schedule and attend inspections. It’s best if you can be there too but if not, no worries we've got it handled. We communicate with your lender, title company and keep you informed of all activities that lead to closing.
Closing Table
Closing day is when everything is finalized and the house you have been working towards finally becomes yours. We will be there to make sure everything goes smoothly, hand you the keys and celebrate!
